Step 1: Access Card Bank Settings
Go to Settings.
Click on Card banks.
Open the specific card bank you want to check.
Step 2: Verify Inventory with Product Code
Grab the product code for the inventory from AHA (e.g., 20-3001).
Click on Verify.
Check the verified inventory and available balance.
Step 3: Troubleshoot Verification Issues
If the inventory does not match:
Ensure you have the correct product code.
Confirm you are checking the right inventory and bank (if multiple banks exist).
If you encounter an error, refer to the AHA eCard Connection guide for troubleshooting tips.
Step 4: Check Inventory via Course Type
Select the course type you are teaching (e.g., ACLS provider course).
Go to the Certifications tab.
Click on Assign Cards to view the inventory of available cards for that course.
Step 5: Review Available Inventory
Check the inventory available for the selected course (e.g., ACLS provider 2025).
