How to Verify Your e-Card Inventory in Hovn

Step 1: Access Card Bank Settings

  • Go to Settings.

  • Click on Card banks.

  • Open the specific card bank you want to check.

Step 2: Verify Inventory with Product Code

  • Grab the product code for the inventory from AHA (e.g., 20-3001).

  • Click on Verify.

  • Check the verified inventory and available balance.

Step 3: Troubleshoot Verification Issues

  • If the inventory does not match:

    • Ensure you have the correct product code.

    • Confirm you are checking the right inventory and bank (if multiple banks exist).

  • If you encounter an error, refer to the AHA eCard Connection guide for troubleshooting tips.

Step 4: Check Inventory via Course Type

  • Select the course type you are teaching (e.g., ACLS provider course).

  • Go to the Certifications tab.

  • Click on Assign Cards to view the inventory of available cards for that course.

Step 5: Review Available Inventory

  • Check the inventory available for the selected course (e.g., ACLS provider 2025).

  • If you receive an error, refer to the eCard Setup Guide for common troubleshooting and setup support.
