Discoverable Locations
The Discoverable setting controls whether a location appears on your public site outside of specific sessions.
This is useful for deciding which locations should be visible to the general public and which should stay private or client-specific.
How It Works
Discoverable ON
When a location is set to Discoverable:
The city and state appear on your public course catalog
Any public sessions held at that address are listed
Learners can browse and discover sessions at this location organically
Discoverable OFF
When a location is set to Not Discoverable:
The address does not appear on your public catalog
The location is only visible when directly attached to a session
Ideal for private, corporate, or client-specific training
